GRINBERG, EDITH B: On Friday, April 7, 2017; Beloved wife of the late Allen Grinberg. Loving mother of Meyer "Skip" (Mary) Grinberg, Milton (Judy) Grinberg and Harold (Linda Jeub) Grinberg. Sister of Ethel Hurwitz, the late Helen Spirer and Martin Bart. Sister-in-law of Dorothy Grinberg. Grandmother of David (Roslyn) Grinberg, Lee (Jennifer) Grinberg, Benjy (Ellen) Grinberg, Marc (Annie) Grinberg and Tracy Grinberg. Great-grandmother of Ily, Shayna, Maya, Alexandra, Izzy and Evan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. A Pittsburgher from her very early years, she attended Fulton School, Peabody High School and the University of Pittsburgh. She was a longtime and active member of B'nai Israel Congregation, where she served as Sisterhood President. Spending time with family and friends, sewing, golf, needlepoint, and bridge were her hobbies. She was loved by many. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Sunday at 11 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (10 - 11 AM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Our deepest sympathy to the Grinberg Family. Mrs. Grinberg was an extraordinary woman. I will always remember all the wonderful Jewish holiday dinners that our family was fortunate to be a part of. She touched all of our hearts and we will always feel lucky to have known her.
