TARLO, CHARLENE S.: On Sunday, August 6, 2017; Beloved and devoted wife of Bill Tarlo. Loving mother of H. Scott (Debbie Lawrenzi) Tarlo and Richard (Leslie) Tarlo both of Pittsburgh. Sister of Roselle Solomon and the late Marvin Spokane. Proud grandmother of Becca, Josh and Madison. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Tarlo was a teacher at Beth Shalom Preschool for ten years prior to retirement. Services at RALPH SCHUGAR CHAPEL, INC., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Thursday at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services, ( 1 - 2 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery.
