Miller, Leonard; Age 96, unexpectedly, on October 3, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Irene Miller. Beloved father of Adrian (Thomas) Jacubec of Cleveland, OH and Gayle (Thomas) Kravic of Pittsburgh. Brother of Isadore Miller of Pittsburgh and the late Florence Antin. Grandfather of Amanda (Scott) Seifert, Erin (Adam) Bernstein and Traci Kravic. Great-grandfather of Hailey Seifert and Samara Bernstein. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Sunday at  1 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (12 Noon - 1 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. www.schugar.com

So sorry for you loss. I never met my Moms uncle Leonard but she always spoke of him as a remarkable man.

Everyone of my boys remembers Uncle Leonard fondly and remarked that he was a nice person. John and I have enjoyed his sense of humor and " Life is meant to be enjoyed" attitude. The oldest child of three, Uncle Leonard's father fell off of a Fire Truck and died at a young age. Their mother Yetta could only speak Yiddush and was left with three young children to take care of. Yettas sisters and brothers came together to help the family survive. All three children worked at the family grocery from a young age. Despite a difficult time for the family; Leonard, Izzy, and Florence led happy and successful lives. Barb Bianco
