Papa of Julia, Erica and Zakary Rosenberg. Uncle of Avram Feldman. Franklin spent his career as a Principal for the Pittsburgh Public Schools. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday at 11 AM. Visitation one hour prior to services (10 - 11 AM). Interment Homewood Cemetery. So sincerely sorry for your loss. Frank was a wonderful man and devoted husband. He will be greatly missed.

I am so saddened to hear of Mr. Seigel’s passing. I remember him as my math teacher. He was the only teacher I ever had that had the patience and compassion to help me understand math concepts. He was also an excellent caring principal. My condolences to his family and friends.
