Nephew of Sylvia (late Stanford) Thal, Geraldine (late Donald) Eckber, Frannie (late David) Mostov, and the late Ida & Beryl Goldman, Phyllis & Stanley Akers, Eve & Henry Hartman, and Sydney & Joanne Mostov. Uncle of Laurel Sutliff. Also survived by numerous loving cousins. Jeffrey treasured his close relationships with his loving family and friends.
