MYRA (LANSON) ZEMAN: On Wednesday, May 25, 2022. In their 50th year of marriage, beloved wife of Allan H. Zeman. Cherished mother of Jessica Zeman and Melissa (Greg) Wachsman, Sister of the late Sybil (late Mervin) Berkman. Grammy of Lily and Joshua Wachsman, Allie and Emily Ross. Aunt of Ellen and John. Myra was a pharmacist for 35 years. She was a tutor for the Literacy Council. She volunteered at the Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. She was active in Hadassah and the cause for Soviet Jewry. She loved to travel and was appreciative of the Fine Arts. She had an outgoing personality that brought out the best in people. Despite her diagnosis of MS, she never lost her zest for life and inspired people to never give up. Friends may meet at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 10 AM and then proceed to Beth Shalom Cemetery for 11 AM Graveside Services. Myra—-
have been friends with you for 53 years and so-have our children. Remember I called your mom at 2 in the morning frantic —- where are the girls. They were sitting outside talking Times were good for us. My husband Harold e joyed talking with you — two pharmacists over pills.
And so you leave us. My condolences to your husband a dear sweet man—my sympathy to your children who have lost such a wonderful mother and so it ends a friendship. Rest In Piece my friend. You will be missed

I’m so sorry to learn of the passing of your beloved Myra. I remember that my parents enjoyed visiting with you & Myra when they were in Pittsburgh to see Aunt Francis Dana. They admired Myra’s courage & enjoyed her good company. I hope the wonderful memories of your 50 yrs. together bring you comfort now & may her memory be for a blessing.
