Dear Bernie, Leslie, and family, My deepest sympathy at the passing of your beloved wife and mother. I know she’s been unwell for a long time but that doesn’t make this time any easier for you. I remember her clearly from my time working at Ralph’s Army Surplus: she came in and carried herself with sophistication and elegance, always beautifully dressed and coiffed. I believe Jane and my step-father were first or second cousins. May her memory be a blessing.
