SANDRA LEVIN: On, Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Mark Levin. Beloved mother of Jeffrey Levin, Jay Levin and Steven Levin. Sister of the late Edwin Gewirz. Grandmother of Isabelle, Sabrina, Rachel and Alana. She loved the theater, opera, ballet and the Pittsburgh Symphony. And above all, she cherished her time with family. Services at Temple Emanuel of South Hills, 1250 Bower Hill Road, on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 2 PM. Visitation at Temple one hour prior to services (1 - 2 PM). Interment Mount Lebanon Cemetery. Jeffrey, Jay, Steven & Families... So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. As you know, she and your dad were my parent's best friends. I still consider you to be my cousins though I regret not being a better at staying in touch. I have nothing but the fondest of memories of our family barbecues as children, our backyard wrestling matches, and all the times we teased "Jaybird", which he hated. I remember distinctly what a quiet and gentle soul your mother was and how seemingly "quiet" your house was compared to ours. Your mom certainly lived a very long life and left with quite a legacy. I'm guessing our parents are all back together again.
