FAYE SCHNEIDER: On Monday, December 12, 2022. Beloved wife of late Robert Schneider. Beloved mother of William Schneider. Sister of late Ethel Mandel, Rose Krasnopoler, Milton Rubin and Abe Rubin. Sister-in-law of the late Irving Krasnopoler, Alice Rubin and Martin Mandel. Also one grandchild, Kathleen Blalock. Also survived by Jeffrey Mandel, Dena Krasnopoler, Mitchell Krasnopoler, Bonita Krasnopoler, Aron Krasnopoler, Goldyn Rubin, Kenneth Rubin and Melissa Rubin. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 12 Noon. Visitation one hour prior to service, (11 AM - 12 Noon). Interment New Light Cemetery. Condolences

Faye was a beloved friend from Vincentian de Marillac. I loved all of the hours spent talking with her. She was a bright light of kindness, and she will be deeply missed.

My heart goes out to our dear Faye's family & friends. She was a beloved office presence at the University of Pittsburgh, in the Department of History. I was a graduate student there, c.1992-1998. We students relied on Faye for information, directions, and down-to-earth friendliness, warmth, generosiy, and comfort. And we got to hear all about her dear Bob and Bill. I want to be sure that her family and friends realize that we students really treasured her. Thank you, dear Faye; we will miss you so much.
