ROBERTA "BOBBIE" ZISMAN: On Wednesday, July 19, 2023. Daughter of the late Morton and Theresa Zisman. Sister of the late Michael Zisman. Bobbie had the honor of being one of the first female police officers with the Pittsburgh Police. After retirement, she then went on to work as an officer for the Duquesne University Police Department. She was also a proud graduate of Ivy School of Professional Art. Bobbie loved animals, volunteering as a docent for the big cats at the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium. Graveside Services and Interment will be held Monday, July 24, 2023 at 11 AM at Homewood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pittsburgh Zoo and Aquarium, One Wild Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15206. So sorry to hear. Fond memories of Sherbrooke St. I know that my sister Gayle would want me to share condolences from her.

Bobbie: Rest in Peace you have earned it. I will always remember our interaction through Duquesne U plus the stories we talked about Pittsburgh. You were always professional and fun. Many prayers to your family and friends.

I knew Bobbie in high school. I remember her lending me a book (The Man). In more recent years, we connected on Facebook. I always enjoyed her posts (beautiful views, or beautiful animals). I am sorry to learn of her passing.
