STERN, LEORA RUDOLPH: Died peacefully on March 13, 2013, in the presence of her family. Born in Pittsburgh, she was the beloved wife of 60 years to the late Norman Stern. Loving mother to Jane (Nigel) Walmsley of London, England, and devoted grandmother to Katie (Robert) Bikel of New York City. Leora was a member of Pittsburgh's Rudolph family, and beloved sister of Florence Alpern of Florida (who survives her), the late Sidney J. Rudolph and the late Leonard Rudolph. Leora and Norman owned and ran 'Trevi', the well known women's fashion retailer in Shadyside in the 1960's and 70's, before retiring to Palm Beach. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside, on Thursday at 2 PM. Visitation one half hour prior to services (1:30 - 2 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetary.
