Just heard of Phil’s passing. He was a good friend and neighbor to me and my parents for many years. We corresponded via FaceBook & text the last few years since I moved. He always had a kind word and a wry sense of humor. I enjoyed our chats. He will be missed. Rest in peace.

My dearest Cuz...life will never be the same without you...my heart is broken. Our nightly chats brought me so much joy, and I know you felt the same. Your support, love, kindness, wit, selflessness and intelligence were only a few of your many qualities. Our feelings for each other ran deep and I will love you forever!!! Until we meet again, my sweet Cuz, I will always cherish the time we had and the memories we made! Love and miss you! Your adoring cousin, Phyllis
