MICHAEL JOSEPH MULLAUGH: Died September 8, 2024. Born March 21, 1940, Mike was the eldest of nine children of the late Alfred Mullaugh and Helen Preston Mullaugh. He was predeceased by his parents, his stepson Stephen D. Kalson, and his brothers James and John. He is survived by his wife Donna Berk Mullaugh, his daughter, Elizabeth P. Mullaugh and her partner Jeffrey Lynch, his stepson Richard Kalson, granddaughters, Madison and Hadley Kalson and grandson Greg Anslow (Melissa), and his siblings Mary Ann McGee (Tom), Alfred Mullaugh (Terry), Margaret Wright (James), Catherine Mullaugh, Elizabeth Mullaugh, and Patricia Burch (Tim). Mike graduated from Duquesne University and the Duquesne University School of Law. His professional career was spent at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, most recently as head of the bank's Estate Settlement Group. After moving to Boca Raton, Florida, he was active in community governance as head of the Broken Sound Club, and local politics, serving on the City Council and as Deputy Mayor. As a dedicated leader of nonprofit organizations, he served as President of the Ruth and Norman Rales Jewish Family Services. Graveside Service and Interment will be held on Thursday at 11 AM at West View Cemetery of Rodef Shalom Congregation.
