I was privileged to be a MAW employee during Dr. Kasdan’s time on the board. I found him to be involved, engaged, and respectful to all. His guidance helped the chapter to grow and as a result grant more wishes! Everyone, staff and fellow board members appreciated his insight, levity and humor. God bless Dr. Kasdan,

My husband & I are very sad to learn about Dr Kasdan’s death. Dr Kasdan saved my husband’s life. He made sure that he got into his office to get an MRI ASAP. If my husband would not have gotten an MRI when he did, he would not be alive today. Thank you Kasdan family for Dr Kasdan.

I met Dr. Kasdan about 5 years ago when he hired me to do a small remodel for him at his house before the apartment. After a disagreement we had we actually became friends. We went from yelling at each other to laughing in mere minutes. Since that day I’ve always looked forward to his phone calls requesting help for very mundane things that he always said were just not in his wheelhouse. When my wife was having strange symptoms he saw her right away and called me a couple times to ask how she was doing. I’m very sorry for your loss. Dr. Kasdan was one of a kind.

My condolences to the Kasdan family. Richard was such a Mench. He helped so many people with his time and energy. He was one of a kind, so strong willed like Frank Sinatra sang “he did it his way“. We spent so much time together, with so many fun and adventurous activities. May his memory be a blessing. Rest in peace, my dear friend Richard.
