CHARILEE ALEXANDER LEVY: On Saturday, November 30, 2024. Beloved wife of the late Reinhardt Levy, M.D. Loving mother of Allison Levy and Jon A. (Tracy Prizant, M.D.) Levy, M.D. Sister of the late William (late Shirley) Alexander. Grandma of Alex (Nathan Bennett) Levy, Josh and Lauren Levy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Charilee enjoyed cooking, baking, garden club and flower arranging. Her greatest joy was her family. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday, December 2, 2024 at 1 PM. Visitation one hour prior to service (12 Noon - 1 PM). Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Contributions may be made to The Friendship Circle, Pittsburgh, 1922 Murray Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.

Jon and Tracey, My deepest sympathies to you and your family

My deepest condolences to you, Allison, Jon and your respective families and friends. Your Mom really outlived her generation of our triangle parents well! May she rest in peace. She graciously came to visit my father when he was living at Weinberg Terrace around 2015. Allison, your Mom proudly mentioned how she adored visiting you frequently in New York! I remember when we were growing up, she enjoyed going to New York City to purchase furniture and other interiors. Therefore, she must have been thrilled when you chose to work there. I recently went searching for you on Facebook because many of us from Linden and your friends from Winchester are on there and I missed us not having contact with you. Our former neighbor Joanie is administrator of the Linden Elementary School private page so you and Jon can always join us on there if you do not want to join our profile pages. Wishing you and yours continued health and comfort throughout and beyond this time of deep loss. I, for one will remember your parents, the two of you and Oliver fondly forever.
