LEBOVITZ, M.D., JEROME J.: On Thursday, September 5, 2013; Beloved husband of Joanne K. Lebovitz and the late Audrey W. Lebovitz. Loving father of Lowell (Dawn) Lebovitz, O.D., the late Mark (Shonnie) Lebovitz, M.D., Michael (Suzan) Zukerman, William (Robin) Zukerman, Nancy (Andrew) Liscow and Lori Zukerman, M.D. (Tom Strouse, M.D.). Brother of the late Elliott (Laverne) Lebovitz. Loving grandfather of Evan, Adam, Meara, Rina (Jason), Jill (Colin), Josh, Kevin, Jake, Noah and Oliver. Dr. Lebovitz was a Navy flight surgeon stationed with the Marines in CA. He practiced internal medicine in Pittsburgh for 51 years. Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Sunday at 1 PM at Temple Sinai Memorial Park, 7740 Saltsburg Road, Plum Boro, PA 15239. Contributions may be made to Temple Sinai, 5505 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217. Arrangements entrusted to Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc.

Condolences

Please extend my sympathies to the family of Dr. Lebovitz. I was a patient of his for many years and appreciated him as a person and an excellent Doctor. He always told me the Truth about my condition and his honesty was greatly appreciated. It was very interesting to have breakfast with him several months ago and I will always remember him.
