BELLE, REGINA HEINZ.: Age 92, on Tuesday, November 19, 2013; Beloved wife of the late Jack Belle. Loving mother of Deborah Ellen Belle (Timothy Hart) and Richard Alan Belle (Marie Pogozelski). Daughter of the late Samuel and Pauline (Leof) Heinz. Sister of the late David (late Joan) Heinz. Devoted grandmother of Daniel Adam Piper and Joshua Jacob Piper. Regina worked as a journalist and in public relations, including for the Joint Distribution Committee during and after WWII. After her children were older she began a second career as a high school English teacher and advisor to the school newspaper. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Friday at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (1 - 2 PM). Interment Homewood Cemetery.
