FINKEL, DAVID S.: On Sunday, January 4, 2015; Son of the late Belle and Sam Finkel. Beloved husband of Joan (Silberman) Finkel. Beloved father of Beth (David) Cramer and Jill Finkel. Brother of Howard Alan (Patty) Finkel. Brother-in-law of Ida Jean McCormley and Robert McCormley. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Dave was a representative of AXA Equitable in Pittsburgh and President and owner of Professional Insurance Associates in McKeesport, a member of the Independent Agents Association and Chartered Life Underwriters. He was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, a loyal Pitt basketball and football fan and the Pittsburgh Steelers. An avid golfer and tennis player, he enjoyed vacationing in Hilton Head. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Tuesday at 2 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services (1 - 2 PM). Interment Adath Jeshurun Cemetery. We are so sorry to hear of David's passing. Bill has so many find memories of David, all the dinners at Aunt Ruth's house while at Pitt. All the family card games at Beechwood Blvd. and of course the many, many years as Steeler season ticket holders. He will be missed.
