WOLK, RICHARD J.: On Sunday, June 28, 2015; Beloved husband of Roxanne Cook Wolk. Loving and devoted father of Tory Wolk (Ben Willens). Son of the late Bennet and Beatrice Wolk. Brother of the late Ian Wolk. Also survived by nephews and many good friends. Services at Adat Shalom Congregation, 368 Guys Run Road, Cheswick, PA 15024, on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 11 AM. Visitation at Adat Shalom one hour prior to services (10 - 11 AM). Interment West View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to National Brain Tumor Society, www.braintumor.org or Jewish Assistance Fund, PO Box 8197, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
