MARKS, HARRIET BETTE: Passed away on August 3, 2015. Born August 12, 1922 in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Sara Rosen and wife to the late Jacob Marks. She is survived by her children Larry (Susan) and Stuart (Kim) and her loving grandchildren Carolyn, Stephen, Alea, and Joshua. Sister of the late David Rosen, Jane Snyder and Ruth Catz. Harriet was a lifetime member of the Pliskovers and a supporter of the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh and of the Century Pines Jewish Center after retirement in Pembroke Pines, Florida. During her working career, Harriet was deeply involved in support for the United Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh in Oakland, ending her career as the secretary to the senior vice president. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and playing cards. Services and Interment PRIVATE.
