LANDIS, MYRON SAMUEL: On Tuesday, August 4, 2015; Beloved father of Richard M. Landis, Sally Gawler, John R. Landis, Kimberly J. Landis and the late Daniel J. Landis. Brother of Melvin Labovitz, and the late Jack Landis, Paul Labovitz, Mildred Levith and Bernard Labovitz. Grandfather of Alexandra and Andrew Gawler, Aaron Landis, Golden and Sage Landis-Von Jones and Louise, Amelia, and Charlotte Landis. Also survived by former spouse Hilda Landis. Myron was a WWII veteran of the US Army. He had a long career as a public accountant and bookkeeper. He also helped numerous other accountants launch their careers. Graveside Services and Interment will be held on Friday at 11 AM at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies. Contributions may be made to Sivitz Hospice, 200 JHF Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
