BERGSTEIN, JOANN: On Wednesday, August 26, 2015; Beloved mother of Bruce Bergstein and the late Scott Bergstein. Sister of Adrienne Bosco Rakitin and Ronald Bosco. Grandmother of Jacqueline, Brandon and Connor. Great-grandmother of Ivy and Levi. Also survived by loving cousins, nieces and nephews. Services at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Avenue, Shadyside on Monday, August 31, 2015 at 1 PM. Visitation one hour prior to services, (12 Noon - 1 PM). Interment Sons of Israel Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.

Condolences

My Sweet JoAnn, I can't believe I will no longer hear your voice on the other end of the phone. I will always remember our conversations - about everything! When we weren't laughing about the Soap Operas, you were always listening to me and teaching me about life. You always offered me sage advice. You were my best friend and like the sister I never had. Our final words to each other on Monday were - "I love you" - not many people are fortunate enough to be able to say that to their loved ones before they pass. Words can't even express how much I will miss you. You always encouraged me to press on and pursue my dreams. I promise you that I will do so. Although, you will not be on this earth to see me achieve them, I know deep in my heart, that you'll be cheering me on. I feel very blessed to have had you in my life and will never forget you. Your kindness and tender love will remain with me forever. I love you. Lisa
